  • Owner Manager, New Construction
    As an original founder, Jeremy has been instrumental in shaping the company since its inception, now leading all new construction projects with a hands-on approach.

    Jeremy's daily activities revolve around meeting with clients to discuss the scope of work, writing estimates, and visiting job sites to ensure everything is progressing smoothly. He is heavily involved in scheduling materials and subcontractors, reviewing budgets, and troubleshooting any issues that arise during the construction process. His leadership ensures that each project meets Sidecar Construction’s standards of excellence.

    Outside of work, Jeremy cherishes the time spent with his family. Together with his wife, Kristi, and their two children, Chase and Maggie, Jeremy's life is full of adventure and commitment, both at work and home. He enjoys beach vacations and relaxing around campfires, embracing every opportunity to unwind. An avid lover of nature, Jeremy also finds pleasure in golf, driving on old mountain roads, and napping. His background includes living in Park City, Utah for ten years, where he gained valuable experience in Hospitality Operations Management. Jeremy's journey in scouting culminated in achieving the rank of Eagle Scout, a testament to his dedication and leadership skills.

    His passion for construction and family embodies the spirit of Sidecar Construction, making every project a personal mission.

  • Owner manager, Renovations/Asphalt

    At Sidecar Construction, Rob Taylor is not just an operator; he's also a customer liaison, buyer, planner, and a little bit of everything! As one of our original founders, Rob has been with us from the very start, leading our renovations and asphalt projects with unmatched dedication.

    Rob plays a crucial role in ensuring that customer expectations are seamlessly met. His daily tasks primarily involve communicating customer requirements to our crew, ensuring that everyone is fully informed and equipped to deliver excellent results. His extensive responsibilities make him a pivotal figure in the planning and execution phases of our projects.

    At the office, Rob’s two dogs, Bear and Charlie, are a joyful presence and are as much a part of our team as any human member. Their friendly faces contribute to the warm and welcoming atmosphere at Sidecar Construction.

    When not at work, Rob is a true outdoorsman and an avid kayaker, boasting a large collection of kayaks. Whether it's backpacking, tackling big white water, or simply enjoying nature, Rob is at his happiest outside. He is also a hockey enthusiast and enjoys staying active in various ways.

    Rob's multifaceted role and his passionate pursuit of outdoor adventures make him an invaluable asset to Sidecar Construction and an inspiration to us all.

  • Office Manager

    At Sidecar Construction, we are proud to have Maggie Holden as our dedicated Office Manager. Since joining the team in early 2022 Maggie has been a vital part of our daily operations and direction of the company.

    Maggie's role as Office Manager is crucial to bridging the gap between our customers, crew members, and subcontractors. She skillfully manages both the front end and back end of client projects, ensuring that the scope of work aligns perfectly with client expectations and that all necessary paperwork is completed before a project begins. This meticulous planning helps all parties involved understand and achieve the project's end goal.

    As projects progress, Maggie is responsible for tracking charges, paying subcontractors, and managing invoices. Her expertise doesn't stop there; she also handles all company software, financials, taxes, and banking relations.

    Outside of her professional life, Maggie is deeply passionate about spending quality time with her family. She loves cooking and often delights her family with homemade dinners. A lover of the outdoors, Maggie enjoys boating, kayaking, camping, and hiking in her free time.

    Maggie's dedication and multifaceted skills make her an indispensable part of Sidecar Construction. We are fortunate to have her as a key team member, ensuring smooth operations and financial management each step of the way.

  • New Construction Leader

    IChase Renner holds the vital position of New Construction Foreman at Sidecar Construction in Cleveland, TN. Chase has quickly become an integral part of our operations, ensuring the highest standards are met across all projects.

    As the New Construction Foreman, Chase is primarily responsible for quality control. His day-to-day responsibilities include making sure that subcontractors and materials are precisely where they need to be at the right times. He works closely with Jeremy Renner and Keith Walker to keep all projects on track, maintaining our internal systems to monitor job progress effectively. Known for his meticulous nature, Chase is the person who makes lists and checks them twice, embodying our 'boots on the ground' approach. He also orders materials and ensures that all work meets our rigorous standards.

    Outside of his professional life, Chase is an avid outdoorsman, especially enjoying time spent on the river. He is a fan of 5 card draw, savors a medium rare ribeye, and deeply values time with his wife. Additionally, Chase is a skilled craftsman, creating custom tables and cabinets in his free time.

    Chase's dedication to excellence and his personal hobbies reflect his commitment to quality both at work and home, making him a cherished member of the Sidecar Construction team.

  • New Construction Leader

    Keith is part of our boots on the ground team. He order materials, deals with subs and make sure all work is done to our high standard.

    Outside of work, he enjoys spending time with his wife, Rhonda. He also loves bow hunting, tree cams, and is part of a motorcycle club.

  • Renovation Team Leader

    Jay Hixson serves as the Project Manager and Estimator for residential services at Sidecar Construction. With nearly as much time at Sidecar as our founders, Jay has established himself as a cornerstone of our team, known for his leadership and commitment to excellence.

    In his role, Jay is responsible for overseeing our extremely talented crew, ensuring that each residential project is executed with the highest quality and customer satisfaction in mind. His daily tasks involve not only managing the crew's operations but also estimating costs and resources needed for residential projects, making sure that each aspect aligns with our client's expectations and budget.

    When he's not at work, Jay cherishes the time spent with his loving wife and beautiful kids. He is a quintessential family man who also enjoys socializing with friends. During the summer months, he can often be found enjoying the evening by a fire, surrounded by good friends, good food, and good beer.

    Jay's dedication to his work and his ability to balance professional and personal life exemplify the values we hold dear at Sidecar Construction. His expertise and warm personality make him a beloved member of our community and an invaluable asset to our team.
