How do I start a project with Sidecar Construction?

Our process begins with an initial phone consultation where we gather all your information and get a general scope of work. During this call, we provide a generic ballpark estimate. If this estimate aligns with your budget, we will proceed to the next steps:

  • On-Site Meeting

  • Prepare a detailed estimate and edit as needed

  • Sign a contract

  • Collect one-third of the total cost

  • Schedule and commence work

  • Conduct a final walkthrough

  • Collect the final two-thirds payment upon project completion

This structured process ensures transparency and satisfaction from start to finish.
